In the last couple of years I feel unsecure about my current position and not because of my performance which tends to be way higher than the average coach. I've seen many accounts closing in such a short period of time, and the general consensus is that it has to do with higher management decisions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader does seem to care about the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work from home option.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone hates having to work on site even once a month and it just means a day lost due to the "activities" planned, which increases the workload for the rest of the week; and you can multiply it by the amount of days going to the site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do a lot of things in our position as coaches and the pay gap between an agent and a coach is sometimes non existent if they do OT, which a coach sometimes is even restricted from doing; even when we stay after our shift completing a request from higher management it is not considered or paid.
