I have enjoyed my time with Foundever/SITEL. I have had managers who were challenging early on and I can see how much better we are as a company over 10 years later. A lot of the negative is gone, and its more of a positive environment. Especially the last 5 years

We have some really nice, genuine people working here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel everyone has a voice for projects but also can come together for a common task
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just went to a new leader but my old one was great. My new one is fine so far, just very early in the relationship but nothing negative
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home which means I get to see my family more. I take that seriously. I work hard because I like that balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not just about a raise, but nearly all of my time at Foundever/SITEL has been met with "wage freezes" I think it would still be fine to have conversations, even if the answer is not at this time. I enjoy working for Foundever
