i feel we should be allowed reviews for a small increase in pay annually or every 6 months

they do their best to understand your concerns and try to make the best decisions for the company and myself
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i would not say there is anything they do that is important to me maybe others but what they could do is offer motivation, positive things just being told thanks for all you do and you matter is something we should have in place
