Upper management seems unconcerned about the ongoing discomfort and tension within the QA team due to the excessive workload we've been facing for months. This situation is troubling for all of us. While our supervisors are aware, the company's bureaucracy prevents any meaningful action.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The QA position at Capital One - Foundever CR feels severely underpaid given our workload. We're taking on significant responsibilities from other roles while earning much less.
