PTO get s denied and if you don't use it you lose it. I lost my sick time when this company took over, lost 90+ hrs.. I cannot achieve good bonuses because I am set up for failure. I miss us being Sykes, they cared about us more.

The best part of the compensation is my is that I get a paycheck.

They are fun to be around, have a sense of humor and hate this place as much as I do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management does not have our back. The environment is toxic, Upper management needs to know what is happening, stop rewarding bad behavior and allow Coaches to hold agents accountable. Don't believe everything the agent says and nothing we say. Stop the drug and alcohol use.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating us. Not threatening us with termination. Protecting us from the client. Protecting us from the agents under us. I do not feel safe and secure in my job and I have worked here for 10 years. We do not get any support from the upper management.
