The people aspect of the job, and being competent in their own duties.

My team, (peers and subordinates not managers) care about me as a human and we work together to do a good job and have fun while we work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a team lead and cannot afford to live on my own in my city. Being at this level in the company I should be paid enough to make ends meet and be independent.
