I started here 5-6 years ago. At first, it was harder as it was the first BPO job while i was in university. I managed to promote through different roles and meet many different people. I would say that everyone i met during this journey had a great impact towards my development.Yet,now i feel stuck
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest at work is collaborating with supportive colleagues, achieving good results together, and knowing my contributions have a positive impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect is the collaborative and supportive culture. Colleagues share knowledge, help one another, and work as a team, which creates a motivating and enjoyable workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's great to see a lot of communication and transparency. Always being kept aware of changes or new ideas that might happen, as well as being included in them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The trust we developed with each other. We have a common goal of making the workplace more than just a place where we work. It's great to see people coming with new ideas, to be more efficient, to laugh together and feel like long time friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have not received a raise in over three years, despite taking on multiple new responsibilities and contributing ideas that improved efficiency within the team. What would make me feel better about my compensation is a salary adjustment that reflects my value
