Our team will work together in all situations. And will handle the situation and solve the issues very quickly and efficiently
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction I am getting from operation side and the outcome performance of the OPS team. It's like challenging and testing myself for every scenario.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not recognized well, even though I got stake holder appreciation. And my CTC is very less when compared to other employe who are in same level and also market level. If company makes my compensation (CTC) standardized with market level, it will be good.
