I find it AT&T to be a great place to work. I have been here for over 30 years and while we have had changes the work is always challenging, the people are top notch and the paycheck comes as it should year after year. It is just a great place to have a career.

The team all work together to provide the best possible service to our customers. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and is here to help one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are a great group of people; we have a lot of fun at work while getting a lot done for our customers. It is a great environment to work in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness to seeking and speaking the truth. We just had an employee survey and our CEO shared a very clear and direct message with employees responding to the survey results. Some people may not have liked what he said but he told the truth in a direct and clear manner.
