Not fully satisfied, When I started 2015 up to now, It changes so different.

objective to give customers satisfaction so they get back to do business with us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company will keep you as long as they see you working & still choose to work with them even If the compensation is not enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share our blessings like birthday celebrant buys pizza & soda to share the team w/c company should be given as token of appreciation by staying & choose to work with the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
When payday is coming. But still not fully happy If you see your salary is not enough & there are disputes & delay of salary credited. It should be on the dot of 12am payday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because from past months, incentives went down when Match Pay taken out in the incentives & now went down. Salary appraisal must be given to employees to work hard. Ever since I started 2015 up to now no increase.
