My overall experience at the company has been good. I've ad the opportunity to meet good people in housekeeping department. I have a team that works good together.

I feel that my hard work, such as my work ethics, Giving my full dedication aren't noticed. It's totally fine with me. I will keep working as expected.

I like the leadership sets a clear vision and communicates with low tone in a way that will inspire me. Leadership that bring team together, no favoritism nor no friendship.
What makes you most happy at work?
What make me most happy at work is knowing y contributions make a real impact, whether it's Cleaning rooms or helping laundry. I enjoy working in a positive environment where respect are valued, its keep me motivated.

One f the best things about my team is how well we collaborate. We bring different strengths to the table, which makes us more innovative and able to solve problems. We have culture respect and support. And we know how to work together.
