In general, working at Lexis is a great experience. Being home-based allows for a perfect life/work balance and flexibility. However, compensation needs to be re-evaluated. Employees who are fully vested in increasing the company's profitability should share more in the fruits of those efforts.

The culture of innovation is exciting. I like that very much.

When all of the systems function smoothly! Which...isn't always the case.

I am reasonably confident that they have a strong business plan and model, going forward.

All of my team members are fantastic. All willing to help out at any time. Super dedicated to internal and external concerns. THE best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises should be more freely given, and not hung over our heads each year like we're doing the company a favor. The raise percentages themselves aren't good enough.
