What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job and hopefully we'll get compensate about the hard work we did as QA wherein we work not just monitoring the calls .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
about incentives in terms of being a QA as our workloads is too much and I guess its much more better and we will feel motivated if we have incentives.
