Trimble: Growth/Promotions stalled for some people. No relation between persons contribution to Trimble, job level & their growth/title. Trimble should start to promote women as much as men & put processes in place to understand current conditions & empower employee to grow. Growth shouldn't be 1 sided.
Target: There is no promoting from within. They constantly hire outside of target and everyone is significantly underqualified.
OTIS: it was nice but theres a lot of work to do for improving the environement et capacitation for the alternants
Flowserve: It's been a positive experience. I feel like I am learning and contributing to the team at a good pace. I'm receiving good feedback and feel apart of the team.
