Growth/Promotions stalled for some people. No relation between persons contribution to Trimble, job level & their growth/title. Trimble should start to promote women as much as men & put processes in place to understand current conditions & empower employee to grow. Growth shouldn't be 1 sided.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At Trimble compensation is tied to ones job level and title. I have not been leveled correctly and don't see a forward momentum by my manager making adjustments
