The strategy and execution to align Trimble's core strengths into vertically integrated teams. This alignment is helping us solve some of the industry's biggest challenges ,which in turn has opened many new opportunities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people I work with and best of all I'm able to keep learning and expanding my knowledge. We're always encouraged to apply to new roles or departments as way to share knowledge across the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best word to describe it is "teamwork". We support and look out for each other. This is also emblematic of most people at Trimble, whether they be in HR, Accounting, or IT. This fosters an atmosphere where people are always willing help get the job done!
