RedShelf: While I've only been here a few months, the people at RedShelf have been amazing, we're making good changes to improve workflows/policies, and I'm excited for what the future holds.
RedShelf: Very fun and diverse place to work in but a lot of organization, management and training is needed. I believe our retention is not great because we scare people away with lack of training and being thrown into the fire with crazy expectations.

HG Insights: Enjoy working with the team at HG Insights. Good collaboration and creative leeway. Can suggest changes, for example, to processes, and the feedback is listened to. Learn a lot everyday, from the highly technical and accomplished team, and from all depts. I have recommended friends and they agree!

Centrical: Overall, Centrical has a great offering that's very unique to the industry. Unfortunately the Executive Leadership seems lost at sea and doesn't have the necessary skills to scale the business. With a change in overall leadership, Centrical may have a bright future.

doTERRA: I have never seen a company go even close to as above and beyond as doterra does for their employees, partners, customers and corporate team. They really do care about the product they deliver and the people they bring it to.
CarShield: Communication , accountability, follow up procedures need to be enforced very disappointed

ProHEALTH: I cannot get through on the phone to make an appointment with a doctor ever. I have to actually go there and speak to someone because there is something wrong with their phone system. It is outrageous. I cannot pay a bill through automated system. I I wish I did not have to use their services.

Dolls Kill: First of all they need some sort of customer service that you can speak who can handle you issue at that point and time. Only emailing and texting when they never reply is an issue. It's like they just take your money and you don't get the product

Omaze: Omaze is one of the most wonderful and impactful companies I have had the pleasure to work at. It has a collaborative and caring culture and strives to change the world for the better.
Aspiration: Everything!! There are no monthly fees- as in $0.00! Also love that they're trying to help save our planet, so many big companies have done so little. Cash back rewards add up much faster than anticipated. It's backed by a bank, therefore my money is FDIC insured. I also love that there is an app!
Red Dot Storage: Horrible customer service, unkept property, broken security doors on units, broken security keypad, location kiosk computer offline, bags of cat feces in front of unit, unclean units, wolf spiders units, oil spills in unit, list goes on. Was injured twice on property. No one calls you back.
Naughty Dog: Their videogames. i love the way they make the storylines. Especially with the Uncharted series and The Last of Us. They're suh great games and I truly felt drawn to them. :)

Sendoso: Like any place, your manager will make or break your career. Sendoso has some good managers and some not-so-good managers. Lately there has been a lot of turnover on the Marketing and Product teams.

Penhall: Their job, communication and profesionalism
uBreakiFix: They have yet to refund me for a service that did not happen and make it impossible to speak with a team member. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half this week in addition to emailing, and I still have not spoken with anyone who can issue my refund.
Aspiration: The fact they are attempting to combat climate change in particular through strategic divestment from fossil fuels and known polluters.

Assurance: Leads are great. But it takes a long time to receive Affordable Care Act commissions if at all. This is really bad because a higher percentages of ACA policies are being sold. Also, follow up on commissions is horrible. I love the company but starting to sour because I cant get money I have earned.
