SSA & Company: Good people are let go without notice beforehand so they can have the chance to find a job because the company only cares about numbers. They will make it hard for you to get unemployment.

Floor and Decor: Like many companies since Covid, your customer service is an oxymoron. Yesterday we were in the Thorton store command center and they said they would take care of everything. Today, they say they can't do anything for us and to call the 800 number. The other issue is you don't do inter-store xfrs.
