Reckitt: This company has never been known to have a strong culture, but with the recent org changes it is now awful. There is a strong disconnect between management and everyone else. If you walk around the office you will not find a single happy employee.

Commission structure is one of the best in the industry because we don't acquire other systems in to our product catalog.
