I wish I was paid just a bit more for all I do.

compensation is not based on performance but on some formula by upper mgmt that has no idea what we do. Never more than 1% increase.

The level of collaboration and support is stellar. Everyone respects each other's voice and intelligence.

Upper management is extremely out of touch - they do not innovate, and are stuck in the past.
