Vacation/401k. Health benefits are great

I am provided the opportunity for very good health insurance

Honestly just being offerd the benifits is great. But the way they lie about the hours you're going to work isnt fair.

Very good insurance but i am having problems with pharmacy not finding my information.

Benefits are ok vision and dental

They pay a higher wage than almost any other job in the area, and the medical benefits are pretty good.

Most restaurant jobs do not offer so any benefits offered are better than you get anywhere else.

Bonuses and opportunity to make money

Knowing your voice is heard and placing management who work well together.

Managment is degrading and creats a hostile and toxic work environment they offer no support to staff.

Able to purchase more stock or options

Underpaid and overworked and managers never listen to our thoughts

I am asked to do things unrelated to my job position. I am treated as a worker not a valued employee

I really believe that the management team need to have a better training or the restaurant it self needs new management.

Too much work for far too little pay off

If upper management cared more about allowing employees to be able to provide good customer service instead of making it all about money

3years. Never a review , raise or even second year pin. Hit allgoals and turned in good scores.

Getting another job woukd be great
