What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They keep putting us on skeleton crews and its impossible to achieve everything they ask of us with how little staff we have. The server assistants who are paid by the servers dont do anything to help anymore other than resetting tables.

Our GM and regional GM doesnt know how to connect with the customers or employees. They need to have more training

The people with good intentions and who work the hardest never are acknowledged. We definitely need more staff. And we need our management team to actually care about the business and customers more

Management severely mismanaged the entire environment. Get new manager
