Job security and feeling like a family. Unlike other restaurant jobs you can not be fired for just anything. There are tons of employees who have worked for the company for 20+ years.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs holidays off or holiday pay
Actually practicing the culture the employees are thaught
It has become very stale and robotic.
Honestly believe it starts from the top
Upper management needs to replaced by people who care
They way you are spoken to is quite demeaning
Regional managers and above need to be held accountable by someone.
