Helpful and very supportive, informative

Always helpful. Never rude or angry.

Review from Operations Dept

Clear direction, unwavering support, teaching , sense of belonging

Easy to communicate with and always available

Everyone is willing to help out when they can

They look with in to promote

My days off or sick days

We are the best around

Lately it has been an adjustment but out chef is helping. FOH not as much

best place I've ever worked. That is an understatement. I actually just wrote a paper on RCSH and how their actions with their stakeholders align with their mission and vision statement. Keep up the good work.

Review from Operations Dept

Not much leadership. Need more help learning how to work as a team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Learns how to deal with people and learn how to build great teams and also leading by example are some of the factors they need the most.

Leading and Communication with employees

Being kind and considerate. Perhaps listening.

Listening to employees they know a lot more about the heart of the restaurant

Coming to work and doing the required job. Not overbooking just to break sales records. Offering support to lower management and hourly employees.

Taking care of employes and supporting them.

Being on the same page. From employee equality down to choosing which customers they allow in and seat. Closing the books early when the only manager on site. This affects our income! One manager pretends to help the host and is pocketing the tips they split and brags about it.

More understanding & compassion for it's employees. They are more focused on being the boss instead of being a leader.

Empathy. Common sense. Logic. Being more personable

Review from Customer Support Dept

Taking care of employees better

Review from Operations Dept

Caring and valuing hard working employees

Logistics and overall quality of life

The company promises “The Best Job You’ve Ever Had”, but it seems to care more these days about the bottom line than the people who help

Review from Operations Dept

How they treat their employees, no one should be talked in an aggressive way they are also employees just like I am.

Treating people like people. There is no balance of work and life.
