Review from Engineering Dept
Keeping their word for both public facing and internal statements
Review from Product Dept
Investing in employees generally, but also refocusing investments into remote workers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
They should prioritize quality over quantity.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better people leaders. Transparency and trust.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I'm consistently told by my peers that I'm underpaid, and our health care has significantly degraded in the past 2-3 years.
Review from Engineering Dept
I make a CONSIDERABLE amount less than my colleagues in the same position, just because I've been promoted internally vs hired externally. We do the same job, carry the same quota, etc. How Salesforce pays people encourages us to leave and maybe boomerang if we want to be paid fairly.
Review from Sales Dept
Stock options for all EAs
Review from Customer Support Dept
I haven’t seen a raise or promotion in over 5 years. Despite applying for other positions, I'm passed over. Colleagues hired after me are promoted faster. I work hard and want fair compensation. More responsibilities are added, but pay
Review from Customer Success Dept
If it was actually raised to the baseline needed for independent living in my area
Review from Product Dept
My co-worker is allowed to get away with being out of the office, vacation exceeding work production, and isn't a team player, yet mgmt approves all their requests and then others can't be out.
Review from Operations Dept
Many coworkers are hyper competitive and worried more about their image and moving up instead of doing a thorough job for customers. They choose to do what they think will make them look best in any situation with the least amount of effort rather than focusing on the job to be done.
Review from Sales Dept
I believe that my co-workers would benefit from enhancing their social skills, being more open to collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, and showing greater empathy towards others.
Review from Customer Support Dept
they are all over-worked and over-stressed, it's tough to have a calm conversation
Review from Legal Dept
Our shifting hiring strategy to hubs has led us to compromise the profile of a Salesforce employee. I no longer work with the smartest people out there - I work with a lot of average people who can pass an interview and get hired bc they live in a cheaper local.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Stop defining return to office for teams that are almost entirely remote
Review from Customer Support Dept
We need to get a PR team to change the sentiment of employees. People are bitter, nervous about layoffs, aggressive with one another. It wasn't always like this
Review from Customer Success Dept
make it ok to be remote.
Review from Sales Dept
More transparency, less fear mongering, less beuracracy
Review from Sales Dept
Transparency and open communication.. Unbiased behavior towards all employees.
Review from IT Dept
Move things at any rate faster than the current snail pace! Be transparent about decisions, skills and hiring priorities. Give candidates feedback on time. Promote ethical culture while interviewing.
Review from Design Dept
Diversify benefits/perks. Right now there are a lot of great benefits for parents (especially with young kids), but it would be great to see more perks for people who don't have kids (expand wellness benefits, pets, commuter, etc.).
Review from Finance Dept
Cuts in customer service, requiring customers to pay more for less service. Focus is 'sell, sell, sell' instead of customer success. Customers no longer trust us and think we are just there to oversell more than what they need. Improve by putting trust first.
Review from Sales Dept
Executive leadership is too focused on the needs of our investors at the expense of our top talent and employee base
Review from Finance Dept
Monthly demands are too stressful and unrealistic. Switching to Quarterly plans would make a big difference.
Review from Sales Dept
Communication to improve trust in the company
Review from Customer Success Dept
Unfair promotion practices based on managers favoritism
Review from IT Dept
We have a lot of meetings that aren't productive (start late, no agenda, could have been an email, etc). We need to build more discipline around how we choose to spend not only our own time, but each others' time.
Work life balance, working from home, let's be honest - SFDC pays bad
Review from Sales Dept
Continuing innovating - doing a great job
