They've been really thoughtful in terms of how they've approached people and business decisions in a really challenging business context (COVID shelter in place), it's really impressive and encouraging.

Cross functional representation from different areas that will intersect with the job

Very straightforward, no "gotcha" questions. Was legitimately a 2-way interview, where I got to see what working at the company was like and they got to see if I'd be a good culture fit.
