What is the best part about your compensation package?
The newly added benefits; Short and Long Term disability and Additional Life are a very big benefit. Before expanding the benefits I would have answered NO to are the benefits acceptable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not about undervalued. We all work for money end of the day, as a human I always want more at the current situation that I'm going through.
