Very transparent, driven and motivated. Clearly care about employees, shoppers, and customers. They work hard to foster a culture of inclusion, cross-pollination, and happiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is open and willing to help and collaborate. Strong sense of ownership means that everyone gets involved in solving problems, and actively contributes to others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each member of the executive team truly cares about the company, the customers, and the employees. They regularly make themselves available to all, and do not separate themselves from the rest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are encouraged to make trips to the other office, spend time using the product both as a customer and a shopper, and are encouraged to use a self-improvement budget to continue learning and growing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone loves the company and is highly motivated to do their job right. We also are all more than happy to help one another, and regularly work across teams in order to further our projects.

Not only are they highly competent and motivated, they also show a genuine interest in people. They care about all of our customers, employees, and contractors, and actively spend their time trying to make everyone's lives better.
