What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Shipt leadership team places a wonderful emphasis on people and the purpose that our company serves in bringing people together. Furthermore, they are incredibly bright, passionate, and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We see a purpose in the work that we do. Furthermore we are given the tools and freedom to solve the problems without also fighting a lot of red tape in the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how curious the team is and how we approach challenges with open minds and a consistent desire to land on the best solution instead of just the solution that "I" came up with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's my opinion that our interview process is consistent and fair. We strive to leave a positive impression on the people who interview with Shipt, even if we don't extend them an offer. It's about treating people with respect and dignity throughout.
