What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to show they care about the employees. It especially was shown through COVID. I had a situation and my leadership was there for me and worked with me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do at times feel undervalued with my pay, but my manager is a great one, so having someone that is as great as her encourages me to want to stay and keep growing in the company. But I do think I should have at least a 2.00 raise or a better bonus structure.

We are a diverse family, no matter what we go through. I know I can look at my team for help. I feel like we can actively voice our opinion in a professional manner. So that everyone feels appreciate and get work done.

I feel like it always been a calm environment, even though its always alot of work... but it makes it easier to get work done.
