Good overall package, vacation, retirement, 401k.

It’s the commission on top of salar

Opportunity to bonus, sometime out of your control

Its secure and always put 1st as a company benefit

We stopped Health Insurance Hartford/bswift.

The work that is put into it makes me feel appreciated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Seems like the company has no SOPs or training. Everything is learn by mistake. No advancement paths after being in multiple positions/departments. To get a significant raise you have to transfer departments or leave the company.

I am in the bottom 17% of pay for others that do the same job. I also hold two separate rolls without a promotion or raise.

If it was closer to market value.

I am about 20,000 below market value for my title and experience. We get the typical 3% raises and that is begrudgingly given even though our sales are at record numbers.

Not a lot of pay long hours mandatory overtiem

Being treated humanely, and being heard.

Poor starting and poor raises

Being paid for the hours I do

Review from Sales Dept

Even when we hit our daily, weekly or monthly goals it's never enough. If we actually got paid a salary that equals out to the hours we work.

Review from Sales Dept

I work extrmely hard and feel extremely unappreciated and undervalued, as does my entire team. We deserve more pay and should be allowed to work from home, especially in times of extreme weather.
