Current pay doesn’t reflect the demands placed on employees. A fair structure would start staff at $13/hr, with performance raises after 6 months and every 6 months after. Overnight shifts should start at $15/hr minimum due to the added responsibilities and hour
If you would make it's a best place
I would really love it if the company would fix the system so I could actually see all of my personal information on my portal.
My coworkers are great people and put in extra when needed.

They could start by doing what they were hired to do. Many tasks fall on one to 3 people on every shift.

I work my myself most of the time so when working with people i nearly get to work with anybody.
There's no communication between anyone, there aren't enough employees to cover the shifts. And the workload isn't being fairly shared.

Everyone needs to feel valued and respected and treated with respect. Nobody should be belittle just because of how they sound or behave. Everyone has a Place and everybody needs to be respected. Never talk down to a person just because how they talk always respect each other. Ask questions

Employers should ask what a person needs to be paid to work there. Let them know that full-time is available or not available because there was a lot of poor communication from Crystal the manager she is very scattered mind. She said she can't multitask. She always was overwhelmed.

The store looks run down I offered idea and it would take money from mgr so it was shot down. The employees have stopped caring since the upper staff don't care for us so take all that and you end up with this store
