I am told that I will be working 4 days a week and I'm only being given two days a week.

There are no meetings or are group discussions.

It was very laid back and not full of anxiety.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money an hour and benefits, im not asking for much 2 more dollars an hour.
