There is enough hours given but when someone goes above and beyond its not worth it ive worked there for a year passing 14 food inspections in a row and going above and beyond everyday and only receved a 40 cent raise

She has our backs no matter what. She doesnt let customers trear us poorly nor does she let other employees and gets stuff done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hinestly people just need more motivation and to be less lazy many times there is a lot of stuff that gets ignored or people dont get written up for
