The work environment can be very negative especially when the managers always yelling at you

I feel like they should give us better pay as well as treat us more fairly and be understanding

I would say to actually sit down and talk with the person and not just hire everybody that comes in

For leader ship I would say that managers need to treat staff better and train staff better because if you make a Mistake like opening up the gas pump because you didn't know you're still learning the yell at you and tell you to knock it off or they're gonna fire you
