I like working here injust dont get paid enough for what i do here. I feel like the minimum should be $15/ hour. As a shift lead i make $13.25 and thats not enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along and they listen to what i say.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The pay and hiring more people so we can get everything done and make the store look better, as well as training us properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work extrwmely hard. I train everyone and im not a manager. I do my best in the store and on the outside to keep customers coming back. I clean and stock everything. Even the customer feel like we dont get paid enough
