Severely reduced hours due to my children being sick after I showed proof with a doctor note. Loss of hours yet again because I did not take out the trash. Written up for something I did unintentionally a few weeks back today. Worked countless 8 and 9 hour shifts without a break/lunch.

I liked that my boss was actually nice to me and talked to me at the time
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have no problem with my co worker. We get along great and he has great work ethic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when the managers are gone and it's just my co worker and I. We work well together and I do not feel like he manipulates me or talks about me behind my back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All bosses need to communicate better. Not punish employees (me) for things I did or not do by writing me up weeks later as well as reducing employees hours for having an opinion and voice. Managers need to get better at being professional and not manipulating.
