I love my small town and the people who reside with in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was upbeat and kept the energy postive. Also had fun games Nd incentives to sell promo products.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Higher level management! Restroom breaks are Always a plus. Aldo haveing more then one or two people per shift working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family but with a couple pf broken wheels tbat need to be corrected for us to flow efficiently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pir manager was the best and they didstrict manager ran him ogg ror thr second tome. The store has only 3 employees that actually clean and are not on phones.
