My DM is incompetent at his job. I worked over a month straight with no manager and no days off. And now im suspended for Lottery and they have yet to contact me its been 4 days.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and smooth.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the manager and the so called DM.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The lottery and moving a little faster at cashing people out. Knowing what and when to clean things around the store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has not been around for over a month and left me to run the store. I was thrown into the manager's position without a discussion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only two hard working employees i had to help run the store. Without them i wouldnt have been able to do it because i didnt get the help from anyone or anywhere else.
