Better management, more communication, open availability from store management level, a lot needs to change at the store level. Undercover boss really should have come through the western mass locations before the DM ran the company into the ground then had to sell independently out the stores
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being called a liar after telling your manager and district manager for months that your yearly appraisal is way over due. Twice i had to fight for correct pay after being not believed by my DM and either ignored or told nothing could be done by my store manager. I had to keep fighting for it.
