For the ones that actually work we work well as a team. Some have strengths in some areas as to other having strengths in other areas and together we make an awesome team and insure that things are done properly. To where no one feels overworked. But we are for sure underpaid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly I do some work that managers do without getting paid managers pay. I get paid the same amount of pay compared to other workers when Im 3x the worker they are. I asked my Dm about a raise and his response was a joke and Im just finishing the year out due to tax reasons.
