Some employees need to work around the store to make it a clean and positive environment. They need to listen to customer and follow company guidelines
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing really stood out as good or bad other than the store manager making more jokes and laughing rather than interviewing. Then again that is how she does most interviews.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I converted alot of shifts at my store. I have asked several times for certain hours due to health and family. My manager does not listen and constantly takes advantage of the fact that she knows I need the hours and can't afford to complain.
