
The management team is putting their greed over the moral of the employees that work hard to make the store successful.
Don't have one to share as most are good people but are mostly part time. They work hard but are getting nowhere.
The people I work with are good people who care about each other but unfortunately if manager dislikes someone their hours are reduced to cause hardship for them to survive.
I am retired from 30+ years of management in large companies. I joined the staff as an associate to be around people. The compensation package has its good thoughts but if you can't live on wages and have to work 2 or more jobs to survive you do not have employee's interest in mind.
