My manager and the rewards card system. Plus the customers, you get to meet so many different people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Morning shift is awesome, but night shift needs to be retrained fiercely, or fired and replaced with people who have respect for the companies rules
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager always makes me feel wanted and appreciated for all the effort I put into my job. I like that they work with me and are understanding about mental and physical health issues as well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's so much diversity but everyone gets along bc we understand that 3+3 equals 6 but so does 5+1 and 4+2, there's always different methods and reasons for doing things but as long as we getit done safely then that's what counts
