
They need to be better at listening to their employees' suggestions and criticisms.
I feel at our particular store that employees are being worked too many days in a row without breaks. One particular coworker is being treated differently than the rest and it feels like we're all having to work around his/her schedule all the time. To me, that is not ethical nor professional.
I feel that people that make major decisions about our company are not qualified because a lot of them have not worked in a store before or it has been a long time since they have worked in one of the stores. They also do not seem to listen to feedback from employees and take them into consideration
