Everything. This is the worst company I've ever worked for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager I had when I 1st started was amazing. The interview process was mixed with business questions and normal conversation. I felt very comfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Both of the last 2 manager's are the laziest people I've ever met. I've been made to do ALL of their work while they sit on their *ahem* ample behinds. The only time they so much as pretend to do their job is when a DM stops by. Bottom line: If I'm made to do a managers job, I should get the pay.
