the pressure to employees of pushing customers to sign up for a speedy reward card.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am a hard worker and keep myself busy throughout my graveyard shift only to be told I'm not doing enough. Also, I feel I'm being pressured to go against company policy so manager can show high percentage regarding reward cards.
