I love the company and the benefits. The fact my significant other has Type 1 diabetes the benefits work. But the amount I get paid don't. I love my customers. It seems like also people be scared to talk or say anything because they scared they gone get fired.

The GM at the time. Plus I felt I was going to work for a good company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My pay is low for the work they expect. They want us to excellent customer service but won't pay for regular employee
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership DM treats really bad. RM is very cool. GM throws me under the bus. Don't really know anymore worked whole covid and only got a .20 raise.
