Until recently, wow Hard, the job and the company have been great even through the pandemic. However recently, we have had a bad assistant manager here's a company has constantly been afraid of and has allowed to run off co-workers.

They're very quick to react to customer complaints.

My regular customers and inability to help people

It came across very appealing and there were many opportunities for advancement spoken of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with has put in a lot of hard work with the exception of our current temporary assistant manager who does absolutely nothing and gets rewarded for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid less and then expected to do more then other people in my same position even within the company. Also I'm constantly missing opportunities to advance with no reason why
