The best thing about my team is that we have eat others backs. We support each others decisions even if they are not the correct decision at the end of the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is one of the most caring people I have ever meet. If someone has a problem she always tries to find a way to help even if there isn't anything she can personally do customer and employee alike.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Speedway believes that since they have a better benefits package for it's employees that they can pay them less then their competitors next door. So when the Shell station is paying their people $10/hr after 6 months. Speedway is only paying $8.25/hr after 3 months at my location.
